Shipping policy

Our current shipping policy, delivery methods and rates are subject to change. Your shipping charges, including any applicable surcharges, will be clearly stated on the Verify Order page. Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 days of order placement (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

$7.00 Flat-Rate Shipping

Standard shipping to locations within the 48 contiguous states generally takes 1 to 4 business days after processing on most orders fulfilled by Kitch Pharmacy, subject to product availability, receipt of a USPS deliverable street address and the remoteness of the destination. Please note that order processing times vary.

Orders weighing 3-16 oz. will be shipped via:

USPS First Class Shipping: Estimated Delivery Time, 1–5 business days

Orders weighing greater than16 oz. will be shipped via:

USPS Priority Shipping: Estimated Delivery Time, 1-3 Business Days

Tracking your order

When you place your order online, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the package carrier's website so you can track your order. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to appear.
